Precisely, the employee's job pebrmance of drugs rehabilitation centre may not be known. Indeed, the growth of drugs abuse problem had increased rapidly, either its quantity, quality or reached area. Currently, the problem of drugs abuse need servive and rehabilitation from human resource who has high motivation and good job performnce, as well as supported by effective performance management. The essential problems to be revealed are: Had motivation factors (X1 ) and performance management (X2) influenced employee's job performance (Y) of drugs rehabilitation centre? The objective of this research is for knowing whether or not correlations among motivation and employee's job performance, performance management and employee's job performance and among motivation and performance management with employee's job performance are?
This study included explanative type studying correlations among independent variables (X 1 and X2) with dependent variable (Y). The subject of this research is employee of government drugs rehabilitation centre. The used sampling technique is purposive sampling one as be limited by time and human resource restrictions. Hence, it is chosen both "Galih Pakuan" drugs rehabilitation centre in Parung, Bogor and "Khusnul Khotimah" in Serpong, Tangerang. Data collection technique using research instrument in structured questioner for motivations, performance management and
